What this is meant to be…

Alright- because this IS essentially supposed to be a healthy living blog- and that includes exercise AND food- I figured I should probably fill you guys in on some of what I ate today.

 

And here you have it…an Apple Cinnamon Chobani yogurt. This was my mid-morning snack.

 And since I’m still totally new to this- please forgive the awkward angled photo. I never, ever claimed to be a photographer any good at this whole blog thing.

 

I am most definitely not.
